Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative Psychotherapy is the term I use to describe the fact that I integrate mind-body-spirit approaches fully into my psychotherapeutic work.

I have been a practicing licensed clinical psychologist since 1985, seeing adults, adolescents, and children.

The psychotherapeutic relationship is a healing partnership, a journey of discovery in which client and clinician are equally invested. Together, goals are identified and choices are made about which approaches might best achieve those goals.

Along the way, people shift, perhaps from tending to dwell in negativity, overly focusing on the future (anxiety) and/or on the past (depression), into recovering their strengths, being more fully present in each moment–more and more, saying “yes” to life.

I tailor sessions to your individual needs-always with your input.
