Meditation Circle

Learn and practice the art of meditation and becoming conscious of consciousness itself in a meditation group that meets every week. The group will learn to enter and hold the innate field of awareness, thus learning how to recognize the inherent qualities of the field. The qualities of the field are spaciousness, energy, light, and oneness.

Through expanding and integrating these experiences into everyday life, one is able to gain a deeper understanding of one’s divine nature. In addition, meditation promotes physical health, greater relaxation, less emotional reactivity to stressful events, and greater clarity of mind.

I teach the practices of traditions that emphasize the embodiment of consciousness, particularly Dzogchen and western phenomenology. The meditation sessions are highly experiential with opportunity for sharing experiences that occur during and in-between sessions.

The sessions last just under two hours, and regular attendance is requested. Please dress comfortably.
